The Old Croft House Privacy Policy and Data Access

In order to comply with certain guidelines for a holiday rental property & to protect our own rights as the holiday home owners, we need to hold sensitive personal data, such as contact information.

This data will not be shared with any third party without prior consent from you.

There are no third parties with whom we would routinely share your data. We would only require this information if terms and conditions were breached and/or we needed to contact you prior to, during or after your stay at The Old Croft House.  Your data will not be used for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

Data will be held for 5 years and then destroyed.

Access to data

You have the right to request copies of data held by the owners of The Old Croft House.

We reserve the right to charge a fee for producing the data. The fee will be based upon the administrative cost of providing said data and quoted upon receipt of the request.

We will provide requested data within one calendar month of receiving your request.
